I finally swatched my full set of Prismacolor Prem I finally swatched my full set of Prismacolor Premier pencils in my personal copy of the Big Book of Color Charts and even colored the title page. The last pic shows what the original line art looked like and where I ended up after I added circles and patterns to the background. I used Prismacolors for my base layers, then a few sharp Irojiten pencils for the patterns. After blending and burnishing with the Caran d’Ache Buff Titanium (and Blender Bright) I used a few gel pens for the embellishments. I really enjoyed working on this over the weekend and I’m happy I finally have these wonderful pencils all charted. I had forgotten how much I enjoy working with the Prismacolors!
